What is the difference between MPR II electromagnetic fields requirements and 
the TCO requirements ?

MPR II refers to measurement methods for the display's electrical and 
magnetic fields that have been laid down by SWEDAC (The Swedish Board for 
Technical Accreditation). MPR II also includes recommended guidelines. These 
guidelines are set on the basis that the electrical and magnetic fields 
around the display shall not tangibly increase the field levels that are 
generally experienced in the working environment. 

The TCO guidelines on these fields are doubly severe and are founded on the 
ambition to bring down the fields as far as technically possible, in the 
interests of minimizing the display user's exposure to these fields.
